Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. For orders under $300, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied to all orders shipped inside the US. $19.99 for international shipping. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated to be between 5-10 business days depending on your location.We take great care in packaging your purchase to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you have any special requests regarding packaging, please let us know in the order notes during checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. STLL WTR does not offer any returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your purchase from STLL WTR. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at stillwater0611@gmail.com
Tracking A Package
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we will provide to you as soon as your order is shipped. Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee.
Packages Returned To Sender
Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is null & void.

International Shipping/Customs
We ship worldwide! STLL WTR is not responsible for any custom chargers or additional fees. Each country charges different custom fees, we will do our best to keep your order value low but sometimes we have no control over customs charging fees and other taxes.
