Redirecting and Canceling orders
STLL WTR can not redirect an order once it has left our shipping facility. Please make sure you've provided an accurate shipping address. If you need to redirect your order please contact your local postal service, with the tracking number we will provide you with. STLL WTR can not cancel an order once it has been shipped out, if you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to cancel your oder before it has been shipped.
Refusing Service
STLL WTR reserves the right to cancel and refund any order deemed potentially fraudulent.
